For one 4k video, you need 20 credits so for two 4k videos you need 40 credits. So in a pack of 40 credits, you can purchase two 4k videos.
Plan credits: you have a plan and according to the plan, you have X credits available (each credit can be used against assets, with some plans allowing for assets that ask for more than one credit).
